Chicago's Snow Clearing Performance Rating

Snow hit Chicago Thursday, January 7. How well did the city respond? The Illinois Policy Institute monitored main and side streets around Chicago throughout the day, and took pictures of road conditions in order to determine how well the city's snow plow and salt trucks performed.
