Brendan Hartsell is the outreach coordinator at the Illinois Policy Institute.
Prior to joining the Institute, Brendan was an English teacher in Shenzhen, China. He also worked as an intern at the John K. MacIver Institute for Public Policy in Madison, Wisconsin, and at the Institute for Humane Studies in Arlington, Virginia. Brendan graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in European history.
