536 State Pensions Greater than $100K

Up to August 2009, there were 536 state retirees received pensions larger than $100,000.

Using our transparency website, IllinoisOpenGov.org, I found that as of August 2009, 536 state retirees received pensions greater than $100,000. The sum of these top pensions equaled $68,236,729.44. The largest pension was $212,536.44 for Ivan Pavkovic, a former employee of the Illinois Department of Human Services. Retirees with pensions greater than $100,000 include former legislators, police officers, judges, and administrators.
