Tuesday’s snowfall gave the Illinois Policy Institute another opportunity to grade Chicago’s snow response performance. The Institute monitored arterial and side roads in the morning, afternoon, and early evening. City trucks focused primarily on main roads Tuesday, leaving side roads monitored by the Institute untouched.
The Institute monitored the city’s response to the snowstorm in January and issued a press releaseand posted pictures as well.
