Craig S. Manske | Board Member


Craig Manske is co-managing principal of Development Solutions, Inc., a leading Chicago-based commercial construction and project management firm that he cofounded in 1992. DSI constructs new and renovated office, industrial, retail, education and healthcare projects for a diversified client base. Through their sister company, DSI Interests, LLC, Manske and his partners acquire and develop office and industrial projects in select markets throughout the United States.

Prior to forming the DSI group of companies, Manske spent 10 years with Trammell Crow holding positions of Office Division Partner and Project Partner and Leasing Agent in Chicago, Detroit and Milwaukee respectively.

Over his career, Manske has constructed over 20,000,000 square feet, developed and acquired over $200 million of diversified real estate as well as master planned and developed over 400 acres of raw land.

Manske received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance in 1979, and his Masters Degree in Real Estate in 1981 from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Wisconsin.

Manske is an Advisory Board Member of the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate and has served on the Executive Committee. Manske also serves on the Real Estate Policy Advisory Committee for the Real Estate Department at the University of Wisconsin. Manske served as President of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and spent 12 years on its Board of Directors. He also served three years on the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Wisconsin School of Business.

Manske currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Family Health Center Foundation, the Board of Directors for the Neighborhood Capital Institute, the Development Advisory Council for RML Specialty Hospital and serves our wounded veterans by planning and executing Chicago area activities for the Wounded Warrior Project.
