John Klingner serves as a policy analyst at the Illinois Policy Institute.

John graduated from Hillsdale College in 2012 with a degree in American Studies with a focus in politics.

Before joining the Institute, John worked in Washington, D.C., as an office assistant for former U.S. Rep. Peter Hoekstra and later worked as a research assistant for the American Legislative Exchange Council.
