Tom McGarry | Development Coordinator

Tom serves our team as Development Coordinator and provides direct support to Matt Paprocki, CEO.

In 2020, Tom graduated from American University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Before working with the Illinois Policy Institute, he spent time with various Illinois nonprofit organizations such as the Chicago Botanic Garden. Born in Chicago, Tom cares deeply about our state’s future and wants to see its great potential realized for all its citizens.
