Another way to help spread the message of free-markets is calling into the talk radio shows you listen to.

Recently, Liberty Leader Paul Detlefs called into AM 560 (WIND) in Chicago to comment on excessive regulation of  various professions.

They were discussing the story of an 80-year old barber in Oregon who has been told to shut down or go back to barber school because he failed to renew his barber license, despite the fact that he has been practicing his profession without incident for 50+ years!

You can hear Detlefs interview at 11:00-12:22 minute mark of this audio link.

Previously, Detlefs wrote for our Compass Magazine on how legislators have enacted many very anti-business regulations in the State of Illinois.

Kudos to Paul for spreading the word on the benefits of the free-enterprise system.
