On June 2, nHealth, a Virgina-based health insurance company, sent a letter to its agents announcing that it will exit the health insurance market due to the “considerable uncertainties” created by ObamaCare.

The company stated that, “the uncertainties in the regulatory climate coupled with new demands imposed by national healthcare reforms have made it challenging to sustain the level of sales required to remain viable over the long run.”

The company employed approximately 50 employees; many will lose their jobs and livelihood as a result of ObamaCare.

According to a news report, nHealth customers won’t be able to keep their plan:

the company will send out letters to its customers but will likely let brokers spread the word first. The company is also working to help customers transition smoothly into coverage from other firms.

What was that about keeping your health insurance plan if you liked it, President Obama?
