Experts avail: President Obama speaking to Illinois General Assembly

Experts to discuss the president’s speech and what impact it could have in Illinois’ budget debate.

SPRINGFIELD (Feb. 10, 2016) – Today, President Barack Obama will deliver a speech to the Illinois General Assembly. It has been announced the president will speak on the role of politics in governing and bipartisanship.

Budget, policy and political experts from the nonpartisan Illinois Policy Institute will be available in Springfield and Chicago to discuss the president’s speech and what impact it could have in Illinois’ budget debate.
