CHICAGO (Jan. 9, 2015) – Today, the Liberty Justice Center will file a lawsuit challenging a state regulation related to business tax credits. Senior Attorney Jacob Huebert will discuss the case, the regulation in question and the untold millions of dollars taxpayers stand to save from the success of this litigation.
