Since Monday morning, the Institute's plan has been in the news more than 30 times all across the state.
This week, the Illinois Policy Institute unveiled a 59-point plan to save $2.7 billion from Medicaid without rate cuts or tax hikes. The plan was presented at a statehouse press conference by Institute CEO John Tillman, senior fellow John Stephen and endorsed by Sen. Kyle McCarter. Sens.
