Ethan Soifer is a Policy Researcher at the Illinois Policy Institute. Previously, he worked for the Heritage Foundation as an intern on their Oversight Project. Ethan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science.
