The Institute's Snow Squad canvassed the city to see how well Chicago responded to the Blizzard of 2011 and gave the city a B.

The Snow Squad was Sunday afternoon capturing the conditions of side streets throughout the city. Five days after the Blizzard of 2011 we saw significant improvement in the conditions of the city's neighborhood and side streets.

The Institute's Snow Squad gives the city of Chicago an A on main roads and an F on its response to side roads during today's winter storm.
