Jerry is a writer/editor with the Illinois Policy Institute. Prior to joining the Illinois Policy Institute, he worked as a writer/editor in the financial industry.

He holds bachelor’s degrees in a number of subjects, including political science and psychology, and earned a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
